Content Creation and Usage

  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, and share on the Your QR Story platform. This includes text, photos, videos, and background music.
  • Content Permissions: By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to use the content, including any third-party content such as images, videos, and music.
  • Personal Use: The video memories and profiles created on Your QR Story are for personal use only. It is legal to use background music for personal use as part of the profile, provided the profile is not used commercially.
  • Third-Party Content: Users must ensure they have the rights or permissions to use any third-party content added to their profile. Your QR Story is not responsible for any unauthorised use of third-party content.

QR Code Generation and Use

  • Unique QR Codes: Each QR code generated by Your QR Story is unique. Once created, these items cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, all sales are final.
  • Amendments and Corrections: While all sales are final, we will amend and correct any errors at no additional cost.

Affiliate Program

  • Commission Rates: Our affiliate program offers competitive commission rates. Commissions are earned when referred users make a purchase using the affiliate’s unique URL or referral ID at checkout.
  • Tracking and Payments: Affiliates receive a unique URL and ID for tracking purposes. Payments are calculated based on the total sales attributed to the affiliate’s referrals and are processed on a monthly basis.
  • Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities do not violate any legal agreements or intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Your QR Story owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the website and services, including all intellectual property rights.

  • Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your QR Story shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Termination

  • Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
